SHIPPING ESTIMATES Shipping and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Twin Sailor is not responsible for incorrect estimates or carrier delays.

TARIFFS AND TAXES Twin Sailor is based in Wisconsin, USA. International shipments may be subject to additional tariffs, duties, or taxes issued by your country's customs. Twin Sailor is not responsible for these charges. It is your responsibility to know your country's import policies.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING All international shipments are subject to duty fees and/or local taxes upon arrival. Shipping time estimates do not apply to those using third-party package forwarding services.

LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS Please contact your shipping carrier regarding missing packages before reaching out to us. Twin Sailor is not responsible for stolen shipments. If your carrier confirms a package is lost, contact us with your ticket number and we will do our best to assist.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of preference.

Received something defective or incorrect? Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

For all other returns, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unworn, unwashed condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels. Refunds will be processed upon receiving your return.

Accessories are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

ABANDONED SHIPMENTS If you refuse your package it will be considered abandoned. We do not issue refunds on abandoned shipments.

RESTOCKING All items will be restocked unless marked as limited edition. If an item is removed from the site it will not be restocked.
